Request a quote if you need to confirm the service, work included, price, or timeline. Start a full request when you are ready to submit your service details, research files, and payment proof.

Stat Express PH provides both paths so you can ask about the work before making a payment.

What does the quote form ask for?

The quote form asks for your name, email address, mobile number, research level, research stage, and a description of the help you need.

You can select the service you think you need or choose “Not sure yet.” Your Facebook name and deadline are optional.

In the description, explain your requested output and any requirements you already know. If an adviser has specified a method or format, mention the instruction rather than assuming it is included in the standard service.

What happens after a quote request?

The team reviews your description and replies about the service, price, and turnaround. If your initial description leaves important questions unanswered, those details need clarification before the work can be confirmed.

A quote request is not a promise that analysis has started or that your deadline has been accepted. Confirm the scope and available timeline before proceeding with the full request.

What should you have ready for the full request?

Prepare the research materials required for the selected service and the payment proof requested by the form. Check the relevant service page for what to prepare:

The pricing page explains current payment terms. Most services use a 50% downpayment, with the balance due before output release. Research Consultation Only is paid in full when you submit.

When does the turnaround begin?

The listed turnaround begins once your submitted data and documents have been reviewed and validated. It does not begin at the time you submit a quote or simply open a full request.

Share a known deadline when asking for a quote and confirm availability before choosing a faster option. The quote form does not promise a fixed response time.

Choose your next step

If you need to discuss the scope or price, request a quote without payment or files.

If your selected service, required materials, and payment proof are ready, start the full service request.
